who are we ?

Created in 1992, DOING specializes in creating customized computer solutions (websites, intranet, web applications, 4D applications, loyalty cards, multi services cards…).

Doing comes along with you during all the website or application creation process in order to meet precisely your needs and expectations.
Since it was created, DOING has acquired a solid experience in developing websites and web applications (connected to databases) and is now implementing its own fidelization system that works with a chip card : Fidelium-net. This system has won many rewards and is spreading beyond Europe.

Fidelium-net was born in collaboration with the GIE Firm’Epargne (Firminy, 42).

In 1996, GIE Firm’Epargne, historically immersed by the loyalty culture, wanted to give a new image to its business association, replacing its paper loyalty card which had existed for 20 years, with a more modern system.

The loyalty system Fidelium-net was initially based on a simple smart card. Cardholder information was entered via a minitel and transactions made with the loyalty card were centralized in a database.

The loyalty principle remained unchanged : cardholders earn points with each purchase and get discounts in all member companies.

In 2001, with the rise of internet, Fidelium-net has left the Minitel for a website that provides the complete management of the solution online and allows the business owner to access customer files.

The online product Fidelium-net was born.

Fidelium-net is constantly evolving in its efforts to meet customers’ requests and needs.

In 2010, Fidelium-net expands its product range by proposing a multi services card.

In 2013, in order to reduce the environmental impact of the system, smart cards were replaced by magnetic cards and then by biodegradable barcode cards.

The Fidelium-net system has crossed the borders of Europe on numerous occasions: Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, …

Today the system can be used via an Android tablet or smartphone, a Web terminal or a dedicated terminal (Famoco).
