The information collected on the contact form is not saved in a computer file if the user does not check the box for the newsletter. In this case the data is sent directly by email to the head of the company.

The data collected on the people who subscribe to the newsletter are non-sensitive personal data:

– E-mail
– Phone
This data is stored in a secure and backed up database, with restricted access only to authorized persons as well as to company officials. The storage and backup servers are located in France.

Only the company Doing can exploit this data (send emailing, phone call etc.).
1.2.3 Retention of data
The data is kept as long as the person does not unsubscribe from the newsletter. When she clicks on the unsubscribe link to the newsletter, her data is anonymous. The information allowing the identification (last name, first name, email …) are erased.
1.2.4 Right to be forgotten
Anyone who has been subscribed to the newsletter may request the deletion of their data. When deleting, the data is anonymised. The information allowing the identification (last name, first name, email …) are erased. This anonymisation is effective within a maximum of 2 months from the request, whether it was exercised by post or on the spot.
